2.3.2 Versioning — Drafts, History, and Rollback

Praisma Hub includes built-in content versioning to protect editorial work and support accountability. Every meaningful change to an entry is tracked, enabling editors and administrators to review history and recover previous states.

Draft Management

Drafts allow editors to:

Work incrementally without affecting published content

Save partial progress

Collaborate through review workflows

Drafts are isolated from public output until explicitly published.

Version History

Each update to an entry creates a new version that records:

The content state at that moment

The user responsible for the change

The timestamp of the modification

Version history provides transparency and traceability.

Rollback and Recovery

Authorized users can:

Compare versions

Restore a previous version

Recover content after unintended changes

Rollback operations are logged and do not silently overwrite history.

Governance and Audit

Versioning supports governance by:

Providing a complete editorial audit trail

Supporting legal and archival requirements

Reducing risk during content updates

Summary

Versioning in Praisma Hub ensures that content changes are safe, traceable, and reversible, supporting both editorial confidence and compliance needs.
