Service Overview

Praisma Hub provides tools for planning, publishing, analyzing, and automating social media and marketing workflows. These Terms form a binding agreement between Praisma Hub ("Praisma", "we", or "us") and the organization or individual using the platform ("you"). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and related policies referenced herein.

Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activities under your workspace, including invited users or collaborators.

Subscriptions, Payments & Renewals

• All subscriptions are prepaid monthly or annually, as chosen during checkout.
• Fees exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
• By subscribing, you authorize Praisma and its payment processor to charge your provided payment method for recurring fees.
• Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise specified.
• Non-payment or charge failure may result in suspension or termination of service. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Our payments are securely processed via PCI-DSS compliant providers. Praisma does not store full credit card details.

Free Trials & Promotions

Free trials or promotional access are subject to their stated duration and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any trial or promotion without prior notice.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using Praisma Hub, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform terms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn).
• Not upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
• Not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or disrupt platform operations.
