Localization in Praisma Hub allows entries to exist in multiple language variants while remaining part of a single content identity.

Language Variants

Each entry can have:

One or more language-specific variants

Independent draft and publish states per language

Shared non-translatable fields

This enables precise control over multilingual content.

When a translation is missing:

Configured fallback languages may be used

Editors are visually informed of missing variants

Public rendering follows defined fallback rules

Fallbacks ensure continuity without hiding translation gaps.

Localization integrates with workflows:

Languages can be published independently

Translation status is visible

Review processes can differ per locale

Localized entries are resolved based on:

Active locale

Availability of translations

Defined fallback hierarchy
