It operates as an augmentation mechanism rather than a replacement, supporting content workflows, multilingual operations, and insight generation while remaining fully auditable and scoped to tenant and organizational boundaries.

The AI layer is intentionally integrated at points of high cognitive load—such as writing, summarization, translation, and analysis—so that users retain authorship and accountability. Usage is measured, rate-limited, and transparently tracked to ensure predictable behavior across teams and plans.
