LinkedIn Data Deletion Policy

Praisma Hub respects your privacy and complies with LinkedIn's API and GDPR requirements. If you have connected your LinkedIn profile or LinkedIn organization page to Praisma Hub, you can delete all related data from our systems at any time using the steps below.

Automatic Deletion (Recommended)

To automatically delete your LinkedIn-related data, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Praisma Hub account at https://praismahub.com.
  2. Go to Settings → Connected Accounts.
  3. Find the connected LinkedIn profile or organization page you wish to remove.
  4. Click Disconnect and confirm Delete data to permanently remove all linked tokens, cached content, analytics, and logs from our systems.

Manual Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to your Praisma Hub account or cannot complete the steps above, you can request deletion manually by contacting us via email.

support@praismahub.com

Please include the subject line "LinkedIn Data Deletion Request" and provide your connected LinkedIn profile or organization ID. We will verify your identity and remove all related data from our systems within 30 days. Access tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection or expiry.

What Data Is Deleted?

  • OAuth tokens and permissions
  • Cached posts and media
  • Analytics and insights data
  • Connection history and logs

Revoking Permissions from LinkedIn

You can also revoke Praisma Hub's access directly from your LinkedIn account:

  1. Go to LinkedIn Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.
  2. Find Praisma Hub and click Remove.

Removing the app from LinkedIn will revoke our access but will not delete data already stored in Praisma Hub. Complete the steps above to remove stored data.
