Developer overview

Praisma Hub is an all-in-one marketing platform: a site builder, a shop, a CMS, the Studio design editor, social publishing and AI campaigns in one workspace. These docs cover the four places where developers and power users extend it.

AI connectors (MCP): connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client to your workspace so an assistant can read and change sites, CMS content, products, designs, campaigns and more on your behalf.

Content API: read published CMS entries over HTTPS from any website, app or server, and create or update entries with a scoped API token.

Code components: custom site-builder blocks written in plain JavaScript or React, configured through props, rendered in a sandboxed frame.

Code Builder apps: small HTML or React sites and apps that Praisma builds, previews and publishes on your site, with a tokenless backend for CMS, media, commerce and visitor sign-in.

Workspaces and organizations

Your workspace has its own address, for example your-workspace.praismahub.com. A workspace can hold several organizations (brands or clients), and almost everything (sites, collections, products, designs) belongs to one organization. Integrations always work in one organization at a time.

How each integration authenticates

Each surface has exactly one way in. An AI connector signs in as you through OAuth: it can only do what your role allows, limited further by the areas you approve and by your organization's connector controls. The Content API uses an API token that an administrator creates with per-collection permissions; it is a server-style credential and is not tied to a person. Code components and Code Builder apps never hold a token: they call the injected window.Praisma bridge, and only for the access a site manager has approved. Site visitors sign in with their customer account (the same account they use in your shop), which is a cookie session handled by the platform.
