Terms of Service

Praisma Hub provides tools for planning, publishing, analyzing, and automating social media and marketing workflows. These Terms form a binding agreement between Praisma Hub ("Praisma", "we", or "us") and the organization or individual using the platform ("you"). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and related policies referenced herein.

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activities under your workspace, including invited users or collaborators.

• All subscriptions are prepaid monthly or annually, as chosen during checkout.
• Fees exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
• By subscribing, you authorize Praisma and its payment processor to charge your provided payment method for recurring fees.
• Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise specified.
• Non-payment or charge failure may result in suspension or termination of service. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Our payments are securely processed via PCI-DSS compliant providers. Praisma does not store full credit card details.

Free trials or promotional access are subject to their stated duration and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any trial or promotion without prior notice.

When using Praisma Hub, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform terms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn).
• Not upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
• Not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or disrupt platform operations.
• Not use Praisma Hub to publish or promote illegal, defamatory, or infringing materials.
• Praisma may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited or abusive behavior at its discretion.

• Praisma retains ownership of all platform software, trademarks, UI/UX design, and proprietary technology.
• You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant Praisma a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.
• We may use anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and service improvements.
• Any feedback you provide may be used freely to enhance our products without obligation.

AI-powered modules (such as Praisma GPT, AI Composer, or insights generation) use internal and third-party models. You are responsible for all prompts and outputs produced through these tools.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete; you should review and verify it before publication. Data handling for AI features is governed by our AI Data Policy.

Praisma Hub integrates with external services like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and payment providers. Such integrations are governed by the respective third-party terms. Praisma is not responsible for downtime, API changes, or data loss caused by third-party services.

Praisma processes data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our relationship with customers is governed by a Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. Hosting occurs within EU data centers (Hetzner Cloud, NL/DE), with safeguards for international transfers using Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Praisma Hub is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praisma disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praisma, its affiliates, and personnel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the greater of €500 or the amount you paid to Praisma in the 12 months preceding the event.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Praisma, its directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

• You may cancel your subscription anytime in the platform’s billing settings.
• We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, abuse, or legal obligations.
• After termination, your account data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material updates will be announced by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Praisma Hub after the effective date indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
