AI Data Policy

1) Scope & Roles

For your account/workspace data, Praisma is a data controller. For data you manage on behalf of your organization (e.g., posts, messages, analytics), you are the data controller and Praisma acts as your data processor. This AI Data Policy complements our Privacy Policy andTerms of Service.

2) Purpose of AI Features

• Generate or refine captions, hashtags, and campaign copy from prompts.
• Summarize conversations and draft replies for human review.
• Provide insights, recommendations, and scheduling assistance.
• Automate repetitive tasks (e.g., variations, tags) under your control.

3) Data Used by AI

• Content you submit (prompts, text, media metadata) and optional context you choose to include.
• Workspace data you explicitly target with an AI action (e.g., a thread to summarize, a draft to rewrite).
• Operational metadata necessary to deliver the feature (timestamps, model name, locale).

AI features do not read private messages, analytics, or external account data unless you initiate an AI action that explicitly involves those items.

4) Processing Locations & Providers

• Local / Self‑Hosted: Your workspace may use self‑hosted models (e.g., Ollama) running on your own infrastructure. Data stays within that environment.
• Cloud Inference: If enabled, we may use vetted AI API providers to process your inputs for inference only. Requests are transmitted securely and are not used to train provider models.

We use data minimization and encryption. Sub‑processors are bound by data processing agreements and may only act on our documented instructions.

5) Strict Use Restrictions

• No sale or rental of AI inputs/outputs.
• No use of your data to train third‑party foundation models.
• No targeted advertising or profiling beyond delivering features you request.
• Access is role‑based and limited to operational staff under confidentiality obligations.

6) Retention & Deletion

• AI inputs/outputs are stored only if you choose to save them (e.g., drafts, AI chat history).
• Transient processing data for cloud inference is discarded after the operation completes.
• Operational logs (non‑content) may be retained up to 12 months for security and troubleshooting.
• Backups are encrypted and kept on rolling schedules (up to 90 days) per our Privacy Policy.

You can delete AI artifacts at any time in‑app or by contacting support@praismahub.com.

7) User Controls & Transparency

• Enable/disable AI modules at the workspace level.
• Review, edit, or discard AI‑generated content before publishing.
• Export or erase AI‑related data via account tools or support requests.

8) Security Measures

• Encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data.
• Least‑privilege, role‑based access; audit logging and monitoring.
• Regular vulnerability assessments and vendor due diligence.

9) Legal Bases & Transfers (GDPR)

We process AI‑related personal data under performance of a contract (to provide requested features), legitimate interests (service improvement and security), and consent where required (e.g., optional analytics). When data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful safeguards.

10) Responsible AI & Human Oversight

• AI outputs are suggestions; you remain the final decision‑maker.
• We monitor for misuse, bias, and model drift and iterate guardrails accordingly.
• High‑risk use cases (e.g., sensitive attributes) are prohibited by our Terms.

11) Children

Praisma Hub is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly process their data for AI features.

12) Changes to This Policy

Material updates will be communicated via email or in‑app notifications. Your continued use of AI features after an update signifies acceptance of the changes.
