How plans, upgrades, add-ons, VAT and failed payments work.

Plans
There are Free, Starter, Business, Scale and Enterprise plans. Each includes at least everything in the plan below it. Compare them and see your live usage on the billing page.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown before VAT. VAT is added at checkout, where businesses can enter their VAT number.
Upgrading
You see the exact amount first, and the upgrade applies as soon as it is paid. Add-ons and AI credit top-ups can be bought from the billing page.
If a payment fails
AI features pause first. After 3 days the workspace becomes read-only, and after 14 days it moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted and your published sites stay online.
