Billing & Tenancy

Praisma Hub is designed as a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Each tenant (organization) has its own isolated environment, billing account, and user base. This ensures security, compliance, and clear cost management.

Subscription Plans

Billing is based on active subscription plans. Tenants can choose from monthly or annual billing cycles. Plans differ by features, storage, number of users, and API limits.

  • Starter: For small teams getting started with social media management.
  • Growth: For businesses needing advanced CMS, workflows, and integrations.
  • Enterprise: Custom SLAs, compliance options, and dedicated support.

Seat Licensing

Each tenant subscription includes a number of user seats. Additional seats can be purchased at a per-user rate. Roles and permissions are managed by tenant admins.

Tenant Management

Tenant administrators can manage billing details, payment methods, and invoices directly from the Settings → Billing page.

For compliance, invoices are downloadable in PDF format and stored for a minimum of 7 years.

Upgrades & Downgrades

Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing applied to the next invoice.

Free Trials

New tenants can start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required until the trial ends. At the end of the trial, you can upgrade to a paid plan to keep access to your data and workflows.
